Please check in your tour itinerary. The tour starts usually at the place, where we WELCOME you and ends at the place when we wish you FAREWELL. Outside of this timespan you need to cover all expenses yourself. Inside the Tour, costs are covered for the items listed in your tour plan. But we can offer you help to a certain degree if you need to make in country flight bookings for example.

YOu have different options: Fastest will be by flight. YOu need to book international flights to the airport of Santiago de Chile (code SCL) and then a connection flight to the regional airport of Balmaceda (code BBA). From there - should the starting point of the service not be at the airport - shuttles which cost 7500 Pesos per person go to Coyhaique, a 45minutes drive North of the airport. Next option would be to travel to us by boat from Puerto Montt. Different ferry agencies will sell you a ticket, check with NAVIMAG. The ride by ferry can be a bit dull or quite shaky, depending on the weather and what you find interesting. After 36 hours you should arrive in Puerto Chacabuco, where a shuttle brings you to Aisen. From there, smal busses go to Coyhaique several times a day. Third option would be if you come by land via Argentina. You would best make your way down here using one of the busses, which leave from Temuco , Osorno or Puerto Montt to Coyhaique, or use a rented car (we have a Hertz agency here), or try your luck hitching a ride (timeconsuming).
