Antwort

·  What is required from a client by you?
This depends as always of the service(s) she/he is booking with us. Most important is that for physical activities like trekking, horserideing, mountaineering, iceclimbing, caving, kayaking and others, the participant NEEDS to have the physical abilities to cope with the difficulties the tour might offer. Also, in most cases it is required that you are able to swim. This is vital, for your own wellbeing and that of the group you are with. In the moment any waters which we cross are more than knee deep, you need to be able to SWIM. For expeditions, or other long and strenous activities, most of the motivation to carry through and to think positively come from ones own mind. Our actions will be dictated through considering a) the individual b) the group and c) the target in a well balanced matter. For most of the time you might be out of your comfort zone, but not too much of course (tough it can happen that we have some stress). If you feel unsure if an activity or service is for you, please speak with us. In the end, we are a team, and we will work together to achieve the best we can.

·  Do I need to speak German or Spanish whilst on your trips?
No, you dont need to speak Spanish or German, if the itinerary tells you there is an English speaking guid, there will be one. Of course it could not hurt... In some special emergencies, e.g. if your guide gets suddenly sick and a new guide does not speak your language, it could be that you would need to survive for some days using the abilities of your fellow teammembers or others...( But this never happened so far. ) If this should be the case, we will try to find an agreement with you.

·  How long do you drive us every day?
We try not to drive (pure time on the road) more than eight hours per da. The big chunk of our road system is in an ok condition. Our selfadhered speedlimit for gravelroads should seldom exceed 70km / h, we wil average about 50km/h on those gravel roads. Better a bit slower but more safe.
