Third stepthe food is covered with linnen bags (used for flour originally), to prevent the plastic - see next pic to be stuck to the food- it would also be possible to use Nalca leaves - a rhubarb like wild plant with giant leaves

Campsite with HF Dipole Radio AntennaAlways reliable (not like the satphones): Our HF-Radio served us well. We had to re-adjust the antenna often because of meltout. Two paddles tied together served as antenna mast.
