2.May 2008: in the Xth region of Chile, about 1200km south of Santiago de Chile erupts a volcano. The area of occurence is quite remote, with few people living in its vicinity, but as Chile is a country full of volcanoes and seismic activity, the incident is taken serious from the beginning on.

Since a few hours it is getting hot at the volcano Llaima in Southern Chile. At 1.1.2008, around 18:00 local time first messages about fumaroles and strong subterraneous noise spread over the media to us.
